Hair-included options are available so you can skip the extra shopping and arrive ready to be serviced. ✨ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT 💕 ✨ Please arrive with your natural hair clean, thoroughly detangled and ready for your selected service unless otherwise stated. ✨ Avoid heavy oils, grease or excessive product buildup before your appointment. ✨ Please select all desired size, length, color and Human Hair Curl options when booking. ✨ Inspiration photos are welcome and can be shown at your appointment. ✨ Hair-included services include the hair stated in the service description. ✨ For Bring Your Own Hair services, please arrive with all required hair. APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES ✨ 💕 Please arrive on time and appointment-ready. 💕 No additional guests unless approved in advance. 💕 Children receiving a service must be able to sit safely for the duration of the appointment. 💕 Please review your selected service description before booking to ensure you have chosen the correct option. 💕 Exact inspiration-photo replication is not guaranteed; designs may be adjusted to complement your natural hair and head shape. Please review your selected service description before booking. Can I bring an inspiration photo? Absolutely! Inspiration photos are welcome. Exact replication is not guaranteed, and designs may be adjusted to complement your natural hair and head shape. Where is the address? Eboni Effect is a private appointment-based location. Full appointment details are provided to confirmed clients. Can I bring a guest? Please come to your appointment alone unless otherwise approved. What if I’m unsure which service to book? CANCELLATION POLICY
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied. • After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • No-call/no-show appointments may also be subject to any applicable fees authorized at the time of booking. • If an unexpected delay occurs on my end, I will notify you as soon as possible and work to accommodate your schedule.
